With Horizons Partners’ support, FLOW, a consortium between Hitachi Rail, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane (FS) and Alstom, was awarded the operation and maintenance of lines 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Riyadh Metro in November 2018.
Horizons Partners was entrusted by the operating company of the consortium to manage the design and implementation of all IT and Communication systems.
