After being awarded with a design, build, operation and maintenance (DBOM) contract for Honolulu Metro in Hawaii, Hitachi Rail engaged Horizons Partners to prepare and support the launch of this line, the first driverless metro in the USA.
Horizons Partners developed a flexible and cost-effective solution to support the mobilization remotely and delivered the following services:

• Operations - plans, procedures and instructions for operations control, stations, train and yard facilities
• Maintenance - instructions for all asset classes; train, signaling, power, track, communication and station and depot equipment
