DESIGNING & IMPLEMENTING AN END-TO-END MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ASSET OWNER AND OPERATOR
After being awarded with a design, build, operation and maintenance (DBOM) contract for Honolulu Metro, Hitachi Rail engaged Horizons Partners to prepare and support the launch of this line, the first driverless metro in the USA.
Horizons Partners developed a flexible and cost-effective solution to support the mobilization remotely and delivered the following digital services:
- Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy including Roadmap,
- Turnkey Design & Implementation of the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) for Hitachi Rail as Operator,
- Development of a ‘Digital Companion’, a customized solution for operators and trainees to access O&M documentation and information remotely
After the successful launch of the HRH Maximo solution, HPL were requested by Hawaii Department of Transportation (DTS) to implement a complementary and integrated solution fo their Metro assets. This solution weas successfuly implemented and launch on 2024 with full integration of relevant processes between the HRH and DTS solutions.
