Hitachi Rail engaged Horizons Partners to support the mobilisation of the Honolulu Metro, the services included:
• Operations - plans, procedures and instructions for operations control, stations, train and yard facilities
• Maintenance - instructions for all asset classes; train, signaling, power, track, communication and station and depot equipment
• Management Systems - Railway Safety, Environmental, Security, Emergency Management systems and Stakeholder Interface Management plans and procedures
• Human Resources Management - organization, staffing levels, job descriptions
• Training - Operations staff including course development and delivery
• Trial Running - Planning and test case development
• Corporate Start-Up Support – Interim Management Services (O&M Director, Sr. Commercial Manager), Claim Management, PPP Advisory, RFP Development for Facility Management and development of the O&M Master Schedule.
